Personally, I don't think that these sort of overt SEO practices yield much rank advantage for the website. In my experience, Semantic Search's evolution and other content on the site produce more than enough information for search engines to determine the site's classification and content relevance to a particular query. Instead of trying to "trick" a search engine to place a site higher in results by including common queries as exact-match terms inside of Headings, a website or company is better served by creating quality, relevant, useful content with decent frequency and certainly with some regularity. There is no secret. Content is king.
